Justin Barker
Justin has been working in the Construction Industry since the late 1990's (giving away his age a bit there!) and the Energy Efficiency industry since 2007.
In 2022 at the end of the COVID pandemic Justin relocated to his wife's homeland, Spain, and regularly works on SAP and SBEM projects throughout England, Scotland and Wales.
Justin is a qualified Energy Assessor (dipOCDEA, dipNDEA, dipDEA, dipGDEA) for New Build SAP Calculations, SBEM Calculations for Commercial Buildings, New Build EPCs and Commercial EPC's. He is also a Internal Verifier for construction.
In his spare time he loves going to the beach, swimming in the sea, and giving as much time as possible to charity interests.
Justins passion is woodwork and antique furniture restoration, and at present is making a traditional Spanish guitar!

David Lloyd
Meet the face behind the name. David has been working in the energy efficiency industry since the introduction of EPCs in 2008. Justin and David have worked together through the years on and off since this time.
Often affectionately referred to by Justin as 'The Judge', David has a wealth of knowledge in producing SAP Calculations and has helped many complex residential projects achieve Part L compliance.
David has also written many Energy Statements, Climate Change and Sustainability Statements, and Excessive Glazing Calculations to accompany New Build SAP Projects.
